My mom sent me a ton of instant noodle packets with a package she sent me a week ago. I decided to try one of them the other night as I have never tried this brand before. Paldo Brand Gomtang! I don't really know what flavour it was supposed to be, but I was assuming beef. It came with a rather large amount of seasoning powder and it was very garlicy. I add lite soy, sriracha, and rice vinegar to all my noodles so it really accelerated the flavour. It was quite nice! The most interesting part was that the noodles were quite chewy & glutinous, much moreso than normal noodles. They were lighter and more translucent than traditional noodle packs but I found it quite enjoyable. This soup isn't spicy at all either, which is why I had to add a bit of my own. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to buy these but it's nice to try and I have three more to eat. ^_^ ♥
