This ranking stays the same for my top four. I really doubt most of it's going to change until Sayumi graduates or another girl catches my attention. As of now, Risako is still and always my Hello!Project oshimen and Riho remains my Momusu oshi. Sato and Kudo are quickly climbing my rankings with their cute personalities and they are really growing on me. As is Ishida. Airi falls a bit since C-ute doesn't have my attention very much these days and the new Morning Musume girls are overtaking her. Ikuta Erina is new in my rankings though she teeters this area quite a bit. I like her but other girls I like nearly as much as her. Kanazawa Tomoko replaces Miyamoto Karin from my last ranking as my Juice=Juice favourite. This last spot may change a bit. I'm getting a good feeling from Juice=Juice and this girl so far has impressed me.

My top two are never going to change. Jurina is my kami-oshi and Takamina is my AKB oshimen. Basically, Shinoda and Kojima really climbed my rankings this month just because I've been a little more interested in them and it caused everyone else to drop around 2 places. Sayaka  jumps up a little in my rankings as well and Paru has the biggest jump of all since I am falling for this girl little by little more. Haruppi and Sakuratan unfortunately fall quite a bit but mainly because the other girls just climbed a bit higher in my rankings for now. Though HKT ended up all towards the bottom, I still like them a lot~ Once the older girls graduate, I'm sure they'll be pretty high in my rankings. Yamauchi Suzuran is the new girl in my ranking pushing Yamada Nana out simply because I have a thing for short haired cuties and I'm getting more interested in the new gen members I haven't paid much attention to in the past.

Tanaka Reina Graduation

So, beloved kitty ear'ed Reina graduated from Momusu a few days ago.

Though, it seemed like it was more celebratory and not very sad at all which is good~

I'm glad she's not disappearing and she'll be active in Lovendor

though for me, her presence will be sorely missed in Momusu.

When I first started getting into Morning Musume,

I really didn't feel much from Reina and didn't warm up to her,

but through the years, her serious and professional personality became endearing

and though she wasn't always very warm or gave a very friendly vibe

I learned to really admire her work ethic and how much effort she gives.

She quickly became one of my favourites over the years.

One of their main and great singers is gone now~

I am curious to know how the new group will sound now...

Android Games

I have been incredibly addicted to these two games on the phone x___x

I spent over 3 hours playing both of them yesterday~~!

They are really fun so check them out~!

They are pretty similar sliding puzzle games

except Zookeeper is against real people

and there are fun rewards to win and achievements

and daily incentives which I always like ~

Candy Crush is more strategy based

and all about planning your moves for big combos

it can be pretty difficult at times.. but it's still really fun~~!

Sayonara Crawl Review from a Casual Fan

Beating Manatsu no Sounds good from last year~

Also... since this is election single...

Preliminary results came out as well~

And Sashihara is number 1!

Unbelievable.. I am proud of her~

Even if she doesn't retain this position in the final ranking,

I am really happy she got to be number 1 at one point. ♥

In lieu of my previous post "Brainstorming Review from Casual Fan"

I decided to let my boyfriend also review the Sayonara Crawl single songs~

He never listened to them before so these are all first impressions~

I thought it may be interesting to some people~~!

So... here it is~!

Let's keep in mind, he listened without seeing the pv's yet as well~~!

Sayonara Crawl

 ☆ Intro is generic idol music. ☆

☆ Don't think the "whoos" add anything to the song except corny-ness. ☆

☆ Instrumentals are nice, but just doesn't "fit".  Makes the song feel dated. ☆

☆ It sounds like an anime opening. ☆

☆ Is this the single? I can't believe this is the single... ☆

☆ Maybe the lyrics would make this song 100x better? ☆

☆ Oh, the song changed....and just as quickly changed back. ☆

☆ Not a good start for the single. ☆

☆ It...doesn't...end. ☆

☆ Finally. ☆

Bara no Kajitsu

☆ Sounds spacey, but at least not as generic as Sayonara Crawl. ☆

☆ The guitar reminds me of buttrock, but actually a nice touch. ☆

☆ The music in general reminds me of video game music.  Not necessarily a bad thing, but ya. ☆

☆ I could see this song kind of fitting in with Halloween.  Just the vibe I get. ☆

☆ Guitar solo and monologue. Wish I knew what was being said. ☆

☆ Not one of their best songs, but I like it more than Sayonara Crawl. ☆

Ikuru Koto

☆ I really like the beginning to this song. I have a feeling it'll be my favorite song of the single. ☆

☆ It feels really nice to listen to this song. I can feel emotion in it. ☆

☆ The guitar just soars. Love it. ☆

☆ It feels so strong. I'm really bad at putting it into words. ☆

☆ Love the dirty bass beats in the verse after the chorus. ☆

☆ The chorus isn't bad at all, but a little plain and dated sounding. ☆

☆ I like the "oh oh oh" even if its a little cheesy. ☆

☆ It's a good song, but after Uza and whatever Mariko's electro song is called, it just sounds  alittle dated. ☆
☆ I wish it hit a little harder. Will probably be my #2 on this single. ☆

Romance Kenjuu

☆ The first 10 seconds, I was wondering if this was really a Team B song. ☆

☆ 10 seconds in...yep, its a Team B song... ☆

☆ Sounds very 70's ish.  Like, they are Charlie's Angels lol. ☆

☆ Even the guitar sounds like surfer rock. ☆

☆ If I hadn't already seen the CD covers,  I would think that there would be an image for every decade. ☆

☆ It was a Team B song. Not much more for me to say. ☆

Hasute to Wasute

☆ The instrumentals for this just makes me feel that this is an homage CD lol. ☆

☆ I do like the chorus. It feels like this song will get stuck stuck in my head. Its just so happy. ☆

Okay, after all of that~
It's funny , after he reviews all the songs
and we go to make food in the kitchen
we both just have Sayonara Crawl stuck in our head~
He really didn't like it.. but he admits it kind of just sticks with you, ahah

For me, it's hard to gauge a personal ranking for this single.
I am really loyal to team K and I actually really like their song~
I also like the undergirls song and Sayonara Crawl a lot.
I also like Team A and Team B song a lot~
The only song that doesn't stick with me as much is Hasute to Wasute
but the PV for it is really cute and funny~

Overall, it's really solid. ♥

Tropico 4

So~ There was a 24 hour sale on Steam yesterday

For Tropico 4 Complete Edition for 75% off~

I have seen the game on sale quite a few times,

but never really gave any thought to purchasing the game.

I thought it was may be another simcity ripoff, but this time I decided

Why not? I am going to download and play the demo and check it out.

I played the tutorial and I was kind of bored but 

granted, that is not a good way to judge a game x_x

So, I played the first mission which is available in the demo, 

and I actually had a lot of fun~

The one thing I didn't expect is that the game was funny,

I thought it was a serious game but I really didn't look too far into it.

It gives you lots of tasks and the game is very mission oriented.

I haven't made it past the first mission of the full game yet,

but it's already much different outcome than my demo~

It's not on sale anymore..

but from what I've seen on steam, it's on sale fairly often~

I would recommend picking it up if one wants to waste their hours into a game~!

This would definitely be it.

Before I buy a game, I always check on howlongtobeat.com

Because I like to know how many hours a game is worth or to invest in it.

The average for this game is 49hours and it's DLC Modern Times is 34hours!

Price to hours ratio is fairly good~ Especially at it's 10 dollar price tag~

Amazon MAYhem Sale

There are quite a few nice video game deals going on amazon~

Since I haven't purchased many games lately,

we thought we would pick up a few that struck our fancy~

Firaxis Complete Pack

A great deal for these three games~

I don't know too much about XCOM but I know it's a fairly recent game that got pretty decent reviews. Though, I wasn't too interested in it, the boyfriend was happy to take it. For me, the best thing was to get Civilization IV and V. I didn't have these games on steam so I'm happy to add them to my library~ I always like to wait until a GOTY or complete version of a game comes out so I am glad to pick these up.

On steam, the lowest listings for these three games are:

Civilization Gold - 12.49

Civilization IV Complete - 6.24

XCOM Enemy Unknown - 13.59

Which in total, is 32.22

So, on Amazon, for these three games, it's a really good price at 20$.

Bioshock Dual Pack

I'm not super into this series, but my boyfriend has been waiting to pick these two games up so he's happy~

A good deal at 5$ each or 2.50$ per game if you don't own them yet.

On steam, the dual pack for these games goes for 10$.

So, on Amazon at half the price for both, it's a great deal~!

AKB 1/149

I played AKB's first dating game 1/48 back when it came out around 2010

I had to play on an emulator but I thought the game was really interesting~

so... I remembered they come out with this game a few months ago

that incorporated all the girls from SKE, NMB and HKT! ♥

I downloaded it and had to play on an emulator

it was annoying trying to get it to work since I ran into problems~

but in the end I managed to make it work.

Though.. I think with so many girls and how big it is,

it was just somewhat slow for me. x___x

but, since I played the game before, I already knew the concept of it.

I thought.. I don't want to get my hopes up to aim for my oshimen~

but I ended up with her in the end ♥___♥

I was so happy~~!!

My second option was... Kojiharu~~♥

But... I had to pick my number one~!

I...

got a job today~!

So, I am very happy.

Slimcat Food Dispenser

Got this for my kitty because she is, as you can see, a little bit chunky. When I give her food in the morning she really scarfs it down as fast as she can and then doesn't leave any for the little one. I hope this well help her portion her food a little better but I think she is being a little sussed and would rather starve than eat it. x__x

The little one has been using it more but she is being a little lazy.. 

oh well, if she wants food enough, she will use it!

Sharpener / Coloured Pencils / General Purpose Template

Just all some basic art supplies for the boyfriend.

Scale and a Body Fat Tester

I don't have the body fat tester pictured but I got the one that I linked. It had some pretty decent reviews and it should be somewhat accurate if you take it right. Since I am starting a special diet soon, I wanted to know this with somewhat accuracy rather than guess~

I also got this inexpensive scale and though it does have some negative reviews, it perfectly matches my digital scale so I would say the accuracy is there unless both my scales are completely wrong but show the exact same weight. That could happen but I will take what it says for now. ^_^

Since getting the Amazon prime, the order I made today should get here a lot quicker..

So, I am getting an order twice the size of this one in a few days that I will post about soon as well.

Let me preface by saying that I am incredibly disappointed in this bag. :(

I think some may be really happy with the variety and perhaps I may have been as well if any of this stuff suited me. This makes me believe the beauty profile doesn't work at all. I don't really like the bag print either and literally nothing in this bag is suited towards me except perhaps the concealer. Thankfully, they at least got a semblance to my skin colour. Everything else is no good though. :(

I got, in my opinion, the ugliest colour of nail polish. I really don't like this shimmery mustard-like yellow and I would've been happy to receive any of the other cute pastels. I also got a bright red lipliner which I completely don't understand.  I put my beauty profile towards a neutral/earthy look. ???

I also got the juice beauty gloss which I really wanted in Champagne but I ended up with "Fig" which is a weird dark brownish colour that, again, does not suit me at all.

Possibly the worst offender in this bag though is the Pacifica Bronzing Lotion. I stated in my profile that I am fair and that I had no interest in self tanning. Why, oh, why did I end up with a bronzing lotion? I tried to think very optimistically and think that maybe it is a golden shimmer lotion, but nope, it is a bronzer that turns your skin a few shades darker. I am a very pale girl who has no interest in tanning so this is absolutely worthless to me. I just don't get how I ended up with this product. Thus, making me believe that beauty profiles don't mean anything or maybe I am the dud person. 

The worst part about the variety is that I'm jealous of other people's bags. I'm sure there are people out there who may have wanted my bag, but I can't help but feel envious of the people who got the luminizing lotion instead of the bronzer. Any of the other colours of the nail polish. People who received the oils and the roll on perfumes. I don't get why I got stuck with a red lip liner and bronzer that I will probably never use. 

Ah well.. this is the most disappointing month of ipsy since I have signed up. If you look through my tags, you'll see that I've given all of the other months pretty glowing reviews despite maybe not loving everything in the package. This one is an absolute zero for me, not only because these are products that I really won't end up using but because they sent me things so radically different than what was stated in my user profile. 

I'd give this bag an F. :(

Sad too, I would guess some people would give this month an A+.

Perhaps if we ended up with the things we wanted but alas, it was a gamble this month.
