Power Outage + Love Plus

So, the power went out x__x

When it goes out I really don't have much to do

and the apartment becomes strangely creepy~

My ipod wasn't working right, I couldn't go on it..

Thought I would grab out my old DS that's been badly abandoned.

I have an older Loveplus file from about two years ago~

I've kind of visited but not really~ she was pretty unhappy.

I went for Rinko when I played and though I have a file with each girl

she still remains my favourite because she's small and adorable.

and so tsundereeeeee~~☆

I grabbed some pictures of what my Rinko looks like.

She's pretty adorable if I do say so myself.

The glasses were a Christmas present I purchased for her like.. Christmas 2011. 

She also has a really cute personality and wears long hair and cute clothes.

It's fun to play again after awhile

Savoury Oatmeal

Savoury Oatmeal is one of my favourite breakfasts~

Though it may be weird to some, it's the only way I can enjoy oatmeal x_x

I really like to enjoy it with sharp cheddar or pepperjack, egg, and avacado.

Sometimes I will do variations such as ham/turkey as well or butter added along.

I will also always top with pepper and sriracha. It is reaaally tasty and super filling meal~

For how fulfilling it is, it doesn't really have as much calories as you'd expect.

For me, one bowl with an egg, an ounce of cheese and half an avacado is ~450 calories.

and it keeps me full for nearly forever since oats really stick to your sides.

There also isn't too much sodium which seems to be lately my worst enemy for my water weight.

The cheese isn't great but as long as you don't go overboard it should be okay~

there is lots of variations to this as well that I'd like to try ^_^

Owww~

Me and boyfriend were horsing around yesterday..

The top of his head slammed into the bottom of my jaw ;__;

bit my tongue really hard~~ 

There was blood and now it's sore and red..

I hope it feels better soon, feels uncomfortable to eat or drink~

I have learned my lesson

Weather was finally nice enough to go outside Sunday shopping

feels as if I haven't done that in forever~ It was quite nice~

Bought lots of random little things we needed and others

and lots of food.. too much that the walk home was no fun ;__;~

But I'm glad the weather is shaping up to go out more..

I much prefer going outside when it's hot rather than cold

Here are some of the things I bought~

I saw it and really wanted it~

It's hanging in the kitchen by my fridge

really brightens it up~

The one of the right I've had in my living room for awhile

I also got all these pins for 5$

They are cute and I'll put them on my bag ☆

I also got a really cute case for my ipod

I've never had a case for it but I saw this and thought it was really cute

the little rhinestones on it provide a nice sparkle

and it's not too hard and it's also not rubbery. . it's nice~

It makes it look quite cute and classy ♥

I also got a new pair of headphones since my cat chewed through my old ones

I swear this must be the xxth time it's happened. .

These are the same as my old ones, really inexpensive

but I also love the whiteness of them, really cute looking

I also purchased this little cupcake oven mitt set..

really cute ☆

Also these shot glasses (cups?) were too cute to pass up

I like the designs.. especially the unicorn poop one <_>

My other half is getting a tax return soon so he is getting some big toys soon~

Such as a camera and a tablet. . hopefully then I can steal it sometimes~

The ultimate version of this game is on sale for Steam for 7.50~

A really great deal. .

Surprisingly, I never finished this one

I played the second one and enjoyed it though. .

I guess this is what I'll spend future time playing

Though I do have a backlog, I've bought Fable ages ago

and still haven't got around playing it~

Though I think I will start this one sooner

Empathy Quotient

I took this awhile ago and forgot about it.

It's almost self congratulatory to be happy about a high empathy

but I'd like to think I'm a caring person much more than I show it

because I really don't get many chances too~

Or maybe it means I am too sensitive and affected by things?

Ah~ I don't know, these type of tests don't say much

but they are fun to take

I tried to get pictures of my ice creams last night but kitty kept interfering

her fat little self into all my pictures. . the first one amused me too much.

I really like the half baked but there is not enough cookie dough

The greek one wasn't for me since I detest peanut butter

even the smell of it was intrusive

Anyways, since kitty wanted her picture taken

I tried my best but she just kept on moooving~

I only got one nice picture of her

Update?

I seem to have not written in my blog the past 10 days nearly. .

I have been going through some personal issues that I won't disclose on here

I have been wondering when is a good time to start writing again as this hiatus started reaching an all time high since I feel like I've been fairly well kept up with this blog, at least trying to post a few times a week. Though I know I don't have too many viewers, I appreciate the people that do check it out

and I hope to resume being able to post comfortably from now.

I have been somewhat out of a loop but been keeping up with tumblr/pinterest.

The only thing that I think to post about now is just what I've eaten the past week or so.

I don't have pictures but I've eaten sushi and also lebanese food~

I haven't had shawarma or falafel in ages so I was really happy to have it again~

Also food and drink to make everyone happy~~

Garlic chicken pizza, cheap vodka and lots of convenience store tea~♥

This type of stuff can make anyone happy really. .

I also had chocolate covered bread with frosting. . nom nom~

Wow, can't believe I'm already on my fourth month of Ipsy~

I am so glad I discovered them and really anticipate my packages every month. .

I want to sign up for more but ipsy is really the best value for me right now. .

Though last month's bag wasn't great, I was really excited for this ones

since the theme was Pretty in Pink and pink is my favourite colour~

I was really excited for everything in this bag after seeing the spoilers.

There were two and/or items with the eyeshadow and hair product

As well as two colour variations in the blush and nail polish

There were only four items in this bag but since two of them were guaranteed full size, 

I thought it was a pretty good trade-off.

 I tried to get the pictures to as true colour as I could with no filters but screens may vary~

Everything I got besides the hair product is a lovely pink!

I am pleased with the bag this month as it's a nice white shade with a cute hot pink lining and zipper. I think it's simplistic and a really cute make-up bag for the upcoming spring months. The lining is cute as always with hot pink stripes on the inside as well as the ipsy signature logo pasted throughout.

♥ Two Cosmetics Duo Eyeshadow [Full Size | 7$]

For the eyeshadow this month, it was between this pretty pink duo pan or a shimmery light pink mineral shadow from Mica Cosmetics. I would have been happy with either one. The right is a dark pink matte colour and the left is a light pink shimmer. It says it's suitable to use as a highlighter, blush or eyeshadow colours. Swatched, they have a nice texture and look nice and pigmented. 

♥ Sexy Hair Soy Renewal [Sample | ~2$]

For this month, it was either this item or the Powder play. I don't really use too many hair products but a lot of people raved about this so I am intrigued to try it out. I think the colour of the little bottle is pretty. ✿

♥ Station Nail Lacquer [Full Size |  5$]

A full size nail polish is a nice addition. It was between "Love at First Byte" a peachy nude colour or "Of Corset I'll Call You" a very pretty pink. I got the pink polish and though it is a little basic and seems sheer, it's a nice little addition to my nail polish collection. Very spring timey.

♥ Be A Bombshell Blush [Full Size | Value 16$]

There was two options for this blush which was "Beach Please" which was a hot pink matte colour and "Sweet Cheeks" a pretty shimmery pink which is the one I recieved. I would've been happy with either one, honestly. I'm really happy that Ipsy listened to their customers and included a blush and a full size one at that.  I think the blush has a nice build to it and though in the pan it looks dark, it is actually a shimmery light pink. Really pretty for the upcoming spring or anytime you want a shimmery glow really~

Overall, this bag is worth around ~30$. Maybe not their best valued bag, but value doesn't mean much if I don't like these items. Out of all the bags I've received so far from ipsy, this one is my favourite. I can see myself using all of these items and I am happy with every single one of them. The other bags have still been good but there's always been a colour or item I'm a little iffy about. The bag is also really cute as well and since it's pink, it wins bonus points. For 10$, this bag is an excellent value if you love the colour pink. I am mostly really happy with the variations this month as every item had some sort of variation. I hope they continue this theme in the future and finally let us change our profiles on the site in the future to better suit our needs and style. I hope the next months are just as good~!
