Savoury Oatmeal is one of my favourite breakfasts~
Though it may be weird to some, it's the only way I can enjoy oatmeal x_x
I really like to enjoy it with sharp cheddar or pepperjack, egg, and avacado.
Sometimes I will do variations such as ham/turkey as well or butter added along.
I will also always top with pepper and sriracha. It is reaaally tasty and super filling meal~
For how fulfilling it is, it doesn't really have as much calories as you'd expect.
For me, one bowl with an egg, an ounce of cheese and half an avacado is ~450 calories.
and it keeps me full for nearly forever since oats really stick to your sides.
There also isn't too much sodium which seems to be lately my worst enemy for my water weight.
The cheese isn't great but as long as you don't go overboard it should be okay~
there is lots of variations to this as well that I'd like to try ^_^
