I haven't made a post about them yet which is a little surprising. They are one of my favourite bands that doesn't hail from Japan. I have pretty much grown up listening to them from childhood since they were my dad's favourite band. Though he didn't intend to me to get into them, it just happened. I have enjoyed them and all the music they have put out over the years and I absolutely never get tired of it.
The reason I make this post now is because their Delta Machine tour started presale in the past week and I managed to get tickets for the Detroit show so I am very, very happy. I've mostly been too young to be able to go to their concerts and since their last one happened three years ago, I needed to take the opportunity to be able to see my favourite band live because you never know when it may be their last. I have never been to a concert before so I am so happy that this will be my first one. It will be an amazing experience, I'm sure.
My favourite album from Depeche Mode is Black Celebration on a whole.
I think all of their songs are amazing but that album is my absolute favourite.
Their newer stuff doesn't stick out to me as much, but I am willing to give it more of a chance now that I will see this tour and be hearing quite a few songs from their new Delta Machine album which is growing on me after multiple listens.
I am just so so excited and happy!

This is in no way ranked and there's probably quite a few I'm missing since I basically love everything in their discography but here are some that are sticking out to me right now. Though some of their classics such as Enjoy the Silence and Personal Jesus are top tier level, they won't be on this list. However, I do love those songs and enjoy them very much.

I even tried to vary it was a little but I wasn't successful at it~!
I guess you can kind of see what style of their songs are my most favourite. .
Sometimes it's the overall melody of the song and sometimes it's the lyric. .
These ones are probably my most favourite though, as in I have a special place for them.
Every one of their songs is my favourite though and it suits my every mood. .
They are truly a great band and I am so excited to see them in August
