It was both of my kitties birthdays on the first of April~!
Though I have adopted them at different times and they aren't related, they somehow share a birthday. They are meant to be my little kitties~ I love them so much and they are like my little babies.
I adopted Bean (the bottom one) back in summer of 2010 for my birthday when he was a kitten. He is now three years old but still very much teeny with a very high pitched kitten voice now. He is a somewhat timid little kitty but he is affectionate and when he shows it, it's much more appreciated. He has found a new sitting spot in the TV stand covered by all my stuffed animals. He isn't making a very cute face but I thought it was adorable that he chose this spot. He is still my little baby.

Fruit (the top one) I adopted last year in 2012 for my birthday. She was 1 year old when I got her and already gave birth to two sets of kittens. I saw her picture on the adoption website and instantly loved her. I really wanted her. Little did I know, she was a sweet, chubby, rambunctious kitty. She is an absolute doll and the opposite of Bean. She is incredibly affectionate, she never wants to leave our side and she is very talkative. She is my little girl and I love her very much. ♥
When I first got them, they didn't really get along that well but that's how kitties are. Fruit kind of bullied Bean and chases him around still but I think he's become much more tolerable to her lately. They lay together, as I've shown in a past post and she sometimes grooms him as well. They have little kitty tiffs sometimes but mostly they like to play. I am really happy for both of them.
