I didn't know this before but Aldi sells their own beauty brand Lacura. Automatically I assumed it was probably worth passing up because it's a grocery store, how good could the beauty section be? Lo and behold, some research on the interbutts proves me wrong. They only sell the eye creams at mine, but apparently, there is an even a bigger line in Europe that is fairly revered for being a good drugstore brand. Their eye cream has recieved many great reviews so I thought I should absolutely buy them especially at their low price of 3.99 each.
There is the Q10 Day Cream with Bioflavanoid and Coenzyme Q10 and the Q10 Night Cream with Retinol Complex and Coenszyme Q10. I don't know what that means but I'll just assume it's something good. You get them in this nice little glass container that looks cute in my medicine cabinet. They are heavy and these types of container for cream aren't my favourite but it is better than plastic. They both smell lovely, kind of like flowers. The cream itself is very rich and seems to soak into my skin perfectly without making it greasy at all and you only need a tiny bit. I've been using both of these creams everyday for months and I feel like I have barely made a dent in them. They may look small, but they will last a long time as long as you aren't slathering it on. A little goes a long way. The night cream is a bit heavier than the day cream but that's to be expected. It hasn't broken me out or caused me to grow tentacles so that's a plus. I really recommend this cream because it is very afforable and a really nice moisturizer especially in these coming winter months. ♥
